Senior Service Manager Product Status

Senior Service Manager is a feature-complete, mature product which is no longer under extensive active development. Senior Service Manager support continues; you can still call and get your questions answered, and you should remain supported. Existing support contracts will carry over to ServiceShop, and, in fact an active, in-force support agreement is a requirement in order to upgrade to ServiceShop. Most importantly, do not think that this means the end of life for your current system, or that you can no longer get enhancements. ServiceShop is how you get enhancements: it is the evolutionary next step in the life of Senior Service Manager. Your new version of Senior Service Manager is ServiceShop.
