and media size
3 Backup Device - assess suitability to task (based on such
factors as brand, capacity, quality, etc as applicable and determinable)
4 Backup Media - assess suitability to task (based on such
factors as brand,
age, capacity, quality, etc as applicable and determinable)
5 Backup Software and/or Backup Utilities - review suitability
to task based on capabilities and appropriateness; re-configuration
if needed (if practical)
6 Backup Procedures - review; recommend changes wherever
applicable
7 Disaster Recovery - review current; recommend
changes if applicable
8 Backup Automation - review current; recommend changes if
applicable; reconfiguration if possible
9 Automatic Nightly Printouts - review; recommend changes if
applicable; reconfiguration if possible
10 Power Supply Backup - review current; recommend changes if
applicable

Information is gathered via interview and/or remote log-on as needed.
- Your system must be pre-configured for remote access and immediately
accessible via dialup or internet.
- Suggestions for (non-included) corrective action are provided and estimated.
- Arranging warranty replacement for failed hardware covered by warranty will be
invoiced on an hourly basis ($195/hr).
