"Last Week was the Best Revenue Week in Two Years."

which reads as follows:
"We
just finished 2 days of consulting with your man Rick White, and
it was most helpful. We've still got some work to do, but we
have already implemented a lot of things that Rick and I talked
about and last week was the best revenue week we've had in 2
years!
Rick had us put a PC in the shop, so now we have the techs
punching instead of the service manager doing it for them. I
simply told the guys that they have to punch in and out (in
order to get paid). Last week was the 1st week they were
responsible for it and it went real well. Best revenue week in 2
years.
Much, but not all of the focus was on time management, and
Rick was a big help with this. It's so important; I don't know
which is more incredible to me - the impact it's had, or the
fact that I haven't been doing it all these years that I've had
your system and could have been. Rick also had some nice ideas
about tech compensation and I'm going to do that too.
These were Rick's ideas. I was going to pay them on the parts
they sold. Now we're looking more on the labor side which makes
more sense. Nice ideas. If it works I'll make a small fortune.
There absolutely are direct, tangible results that can be
tracked back to Rick's visit. The time my service manager and I
spent with Rick was well worth it. I will bring him back.
We have 6 techs right now, although this fluctuates a bit. We
are growing - last year at this time we had 3 techs. We average
between 5 and 9. At this point the only reason I don't have
more is because I can't find qualified techs. But when I do,
this will compound the results I'm now getting from your system
- and just as importantly, from the supervision you're giving me
on how to properly implement it."
