"I am using GenesisFour's Service2000 and cannot say enough good things
about the program. I previously used their prior version Senior Service
Manager and it was
awesome. Both programs have matrix pricing that will automatically set your
selling prices and you can have multiple matrices for unlimited departments.
Reports are equally as good. Service2000 is all set up in a Windows
environment. The on-site training & support is tops in the industry. And
Service2000 exports to QuickBooks! Believe me it can do it ALL!! All I can
say is BUY IT!! Once again, thanks. If anyone would like

You really do have a great system that is very adaptable to any
shop, just depends on how each shop wants to use it. I just
started using the Worldpac interface; very easy and fast!

Hey, can I tell you much S2K (Service2000) rocks?
I am sitting here this morning, 16 months down the road from
our initial purchase and install of S2K, and I am even more
delighted than when I first bought it. I am in the process of
adding a new service advisor to the business and the data output
from S2K has been invaluable in making management decisions.
More importantly, it has been invaluable in keeping our shop
profitable AND our clients thrilled with our service.
Summer is here and clients are coming out of the woodwork,
calling, making appointments based on our past service and
reminders from S2K. We receive daily continual praise and
referrals from satisfied clients, reinforced all the more as we
track them with S2K. Sure we run a tight ship and really take
care of customer service, but the features of S2K makes that so
much easier. Its a oft repeated comment, but knowledge is power,
and S2K has given me to power to understand, manage and develop
my business. We are not only growing, but we are becoming more
and more profitable as I hone and fine tune the machine that is
Atlantic Motorcar.
Thanks again to you Alan, Fred and the rest of the S2K staff
for such a wonderful product!

It has been 14 months since I
purchased your product, and I am still learning new ways to use it. My staff is
very comfortable with it, and with QuickBooks my life
is much easier. Even My accountant likes it. I have been using the file
attachment and e-mailing pictures of cars to sell work and my customers love it,
because they can see the problem without coming down to our shop.
A real time saver. I just would like tell you what a
great software package this is.

I have never had the pleasure of meeting or talking
with you so allow me to introduce myself... I am another member of the
"Service Center Scholars" 20 Group. We now have 7 Service2000 users in the
group [out of 18]. Of course I was aware of GenesisFour as a company but I
knew nothing about your software. I was hearing more and more about how
good it was from the 20 Group guys. As you might know I was at one time a
very satisfied "Turbo-Mac" user, becoming less and less so after that
company was sold in 1995. Then when their phones suddenly went dead toward
the end of 2003, I knew it was time to really make a decision.
I emailed the 20 Group asking for advice on software.
Rick Banasik [The Motor Works, Winston-Salem, NC] answered me and
said, "Call GenesisFour and buy Service2000...it's the best...you won't
regret it. DO IT!" Russ Stein [Stein Automotive, 2 locations in
Louisville, KY] had given me Fred's phone number. Since I am a natural
born procrastinator, I'm thankful that Fred called me first because he might
still be waiting for me to call him! The only other system I seriously
considered was MotorTraxx by Scott Systems, but after my first conversation
with Fred, I became convinced that GenesisFour was the company I wanted to
deal with. Never before had a company sales rep. been so genuinely
concerned about my business success!
We have been on the system for over two months now and
overall I really love it. I am confident I made the right decision when
choosing a new software provider. I am continually impressed with the level
of support your company provides. Fred, GT, and Paul are always just a phone
call away. This really adds a feeling of security to a new user (who
happens to be 3000 miles away).

plight of so many shop owners] you made a reference to Sisyphus,
the character from Greek mythology who was condemned to roll the big stone up the mountain only
to have to do it again and again for all eternity. Boy, did that one hit me
right between the eyes! I would propose that what you are doing with Service2000,
for our industry, is akin to turning those big rocks into surfboards for all
who choose to paddle out a ways and climb on. (I guessed you figured this
out as well, considering your logo.) At some point in the process,
fear of trying is replaced by excited anticipation for the next wave. Not
long thereafter, the forward motion becomes sure enough that the sharks
biting at the surfboard can't keep
up. In time, the Bonzai Pipeline will be a cakewalk."

"During
our first week on the system, we sold $5800 of service in two days. I attribute
much of this to the impact of Service2000's menu-priced color invoices, and
the system's ability to email them to clients. How can anyone argue with an
invoice that looks like this? These invoices
look fantastic, provide a clear explanation and expectation of the service
needed, save countless hours of
explanation, and really differentiate our workshop from other service
facilities. I used Service2000 to sell a very satisfied
first-time Saab 9-5 client $1216 worth of service
on the first visit. Today we used Service2000 to pre-sell $1750 worth of
work to a another
first time Saab 9-5 client. Wow!"

"As I told you on the phone I was tickled s***less with my
Service2000 management program. I've been thinking a little bit since then
about what I liked best about it. I see all the testimonials on the site
about the reports and price matrices, and whatever; they're wonderful. The
thing is, I'm a small one man shop, so I've got a pretty good feel for how
the month, or week is going by whether I'm spending my time in the shop, or
in the office on iATN. I've always had a tendency to look at the bottom line
on an invoice, and too often think...Uh-Oh, that's more than I want to
charge for this vehicle. The thing that has made Service2000 invaluable to
me is the way it keeps different jobs separated out line by line. In the
last 20 years, I've had three other invoicing programs, one just a general
accounting program, one a custom written program, and CCI/Triad's Service
writer program. With all three this deal about looking at the bottom line
and saying Uh-oh was a problem, everything was lumped together on one
invoice. With Service2000, I look at the brake line, and I look at the water
pump line, and I look at the maintenance service line, and I think...do I
want to adjust this....I know what I've got in it for parts, and I know what
I've got in it for labor. If that's what the bottom line is, it's right...If
I adjust it down, I'm just stealing from me, not a good thing to do. I don't
like the term maximizing profit, that sounds sort of like the sort of thing
a short sighted management guru would talk about. I've been in this business
for myself for 25 years because I love what I do, and I just happen to get
paid for it. Service2000's line by line feature just helps me get paid
fairly for it."
