"Just a note to let you know that as of Tuesday afternoon we are up and
flying on the new computers and network. To quote Jerry Garcia, "what a long
strange trip it's been". But it has been worth it. It is GREAT finally being
networked. I only have one question: why the heck didn't you force me to do
this long ago? I want to express my heartfelt appreciation to you for the
great deal that you gave me. Business here in Twenty-Nine Palms has been
slow with our Marines deployed and the need to purchase new computers and
multi-user licenses could not have come at a worse time. The great pricing

Dimitri the Mad Greek, and George went above and beyond the call of
duty to help someone who is functionally illiterate on computers. The
support GenesisFour has provided and continues to provide is amazing and far
beyond the normal levels of service today. Five years ago I was looking for
service management software, you sold me on your product and your company. You
have met and usually exceeded my expectations. I tell every shop owner I
come in contact with about your product and your company. I will remain an

"I have never had the pleasure of meeting or talking
with you so allow me to introduce myself... I am another member of the
"Service Center Scholars" 20 Group. We now have 7 Service2000 users in the
group [out of 18]. Of course I was aware of GenesisFour as a company but I
knew nothing about your software. I was hearing more and more about how
good it was from the 20 Group guys. As you might know I was at one time a
very satisfied "Turbo-Mac" user, becoming less and less so after that
company was sold in 1995. Then when their phones suddenly went dead toward
the end of 2003, I knew it was time to really make a decision.
I emailed the 20 Group asking for advice on software.
Rick Banasik [The Motor Works, Winston-Salem, NC] answered me and
said, "Call GenesisFour and buy Service2000...it's the best...you won't
regret it. DO IT!" Russ Stein [Stein Automotive, 2 locations in
Louisville, KY] had given me Fred's phone number. Since I am a natural
born procrastinator, I'm thankful that Fred called me first because he might
still be waiting for me to call him! The only other system I seriously
considered was MotorTraxx by Scott Systems, but after my first conversation
with Fred, I became convinced that GenesisFour was the company I wanted to
deal with. Never before had a company sales rep. been so genuinely
concerned about my business success!
We have been on the system for over two months now and
overall I really love it. I am confident I made the right decision when
choosing a new software provider. I am continually impressed with the level
of support your company provides. Fred, GT, and Paul are always just a phone
call away. This really adds a feeling of security to a new user (who
happens to be 3000 miles away)."
