Email any printable document directly out of ServiceShop as an attached .pdf

 pdfMailer Standard creates PDF, TIFF, or JPEG-files, names and sorts files and opens the E-Mail client, simply by using the print command. You can send E-Mails from any software capable of printing. That makes the distribution of documents as easy as sending a computer Fax. Only the print quality of PDF documents is much higher, because all fonts, formats, colors and graphics are retained and used.

How pdfMailer works with ServiceShop

1) Download and install pdfMailer on your computer.

2) pdfMailer will add a printer to your computer called "gotoMaxx pdfMailer standard".

3) Enter serial number (provided by GenesisFour) to register it permanently.

4) Print normally from within ServiceShop, selecting "gotoMaxx pdfMailer standard" as your printer.

5) pdfMailer will generate a new email from your Outlook or Outlook Express with a .pdf file of your ServiceShop document attached.

6) Complete your email and click "Send". It's that easy!
