Progress® Query/Results™

Query/Results provides a user-friendly, interactive data access tool for users looking to quickly and easily create ad-hoc queries and generate custom reports. Unlike other reporting tools, Query/Results enables you to create your own reports without having to learn complex queries or having to allocate programming resources to create specialized reports.

Note: Progress Results® (a report generator), together with Progress Maintenance for that product, no longer comes standard on GenesisFour's line of management systems (SSM, Service2000 or ServiceShop) and, as such, must be purchased separately. Any customers currently using Progress Results for custom reporting should do one of two things. Purchase Progress Results and Maintenance or request an enhancement of ServiceShop to include your report.
