How It Works -
Overview
The Service2000
Worldpac SpeedDIAL interface enables you to
-
Place on-line
orders with Worldpac from within the Service2000 purchase
order. It creates Worldpac part numbers on the fly during
the process, making the ordering process a nearly effortless
process (shown below).
-
Look up and
create Worldpac part numbers from within open service orders
and estimates. (not shown below).

following menu will appear.

opens, as shown below:

6) Go back into SpeedDIAL and make selections from within the
SpeedDIAL "Catalog". (This process is not shown here.)
7) Once you have made your selections from within SpeedDIAL,
click "Export". (Also not shown here.)
8) The selected parts will appear in Service2000's Worldpac
Interface, as shown below:

Tools, Send to Worldpac, as shown below.

The following message dialog will appear:

From within the SpeedDIAL screen, click "Submit".
That's it! You can create a zillion part numbers in
Service2000 in the blink of an eye, and the entire ordering
process is blindingly fast.
Note:
If you want to order more parts using the same purchase order,
just repeat the process (working from within the same purchase
order).
