Title:  Refresh Service Status Details

 

Description:  If you are using the "service status details" screen to determine the techs
actual time in a job it will not display all the actual time under the
following condition: if a tech working on a ticket has punched off and then
restarted the same job the second punch time will not be added to the actual
time in the "service status details" box. it only displays the first punch
time, until the tech punches off the service order again. This problem is
an issue if you are trying to estimate the potential job time of a lengthy
diagnostic problem or trying to figure how long a tech has been involved with
a repair.
